Good lighting design needs publicity: With “Spot-on”, ERCO offers young lighting designers a stage for their project successes

The lighting of prestigious buildings designed by well-known planning offices already attracts attention from the start. Smaller projects by young lighting designers on the other hand often remain hidden from the media, although they inspire with a lighting concept at least as praiseworthy. With the new “Spot-on” format, ERCO supports such projects and their lighting designers with media attention and reach.

ERCO focuses the spot on young planning offices in order to give them a greater public presence. The light factory invites designers of all disciplines to submit their creative lighting projects to the new “Spot-on” programme. The prerequisite is that they have designed the lighting and that this was largely implemented with ERCO. ERCO features the most captivating projects with a high quality PR package consisting of a professional photo shoot and an editorial report by an experienced architecture journalist. The launch of the first issue of “Spot-on” will be announced in January 2019 in the next ERCO newsletter. Further information on the campaign can be found at:

The selected projects will be published in the ERCO marketing channels – on the website, in the ERCO newsletter, in press releases and on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. The project photos and reports are also freely available as a reference for your PR work.

Join in and achieve public reach
It’s as easy as this: the ERCO Newsletter enables access to the online participation form. There you can leave contact details, a short description of the project and lighting concept as well as photos of the finished lighting solution. Whether indoor or outdoor lighting, small or large projects – every example of good lighting design can be submitted.
